Mandolin Slicers are a fantastic addition to any kitchen. This will save you loads of time when it comes to thinly slicing and julienning vegetables to perfection. Microplane

I don’t know any cook that wouldn’t love this! A Microplane has so many uses from zesting citrus fruit to mincing ginger and garlic or finely grating parmesan over your favourite Italian pasta. I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough. You can get this Microplane for £22.86

This is one for all those sourdough and bread bakers out there. A bread lame is used for scoring and slashing the bread dough right before it goes in the oven. It is essential to use an extremely sharp blade. this one should do the trick at £7.99
